THE ART OF TRADITION since 3 GENERATIONS

It was in Sel de Bretagne , a small village south of Rennes, that I grew up. In Janzé, a small town near le Sel, that I learned my job as butcher.

 

A few years later, the adventure won me over: a season in Aime, in Savoie, then in Tour-de-Peilz, in Switzerland, never to leave again.

There, I particularly discovered another way of working ...

 

My terrines are the fruit of this sweet mix.
